I like being emailed informing me of the progress of the work being done on the car,and the work was done in a timely matter.Having a rent a car located right next door is very convenient also.

The repair job was fine. However, when I had some damage repair done at Ed Tomko, they did a complete cleaning, inside and out, of the auto. I was disappointed that AutoNation doesn't. Something to think about as to what your competition provides.
