I was impressed with the professional and thorough manner which I was treated. The location was accessible, the office was clean and cool and I was greeted by Darius, friendly and efficient, who assured me that I would be taken care of. I had a estimate written by Carlos Colocho at the dealership, which Darius handed over to Jerry Acuna. And Jerry indeed took care of me and my car. He was thorough, professional and a genuinely nice guy. Jerry took the time to explain what had been done to repair the problem. I hope that I will not need any body work in the future, but I rest assured that if I do, I will come here, and I will get efficient, kind and professional treatment and leave more than satisfied. Carlos Colocho was great in handling the beginning process and assessment of my Accord, June 23. The rear bumper needed to be ordered and I was able to drop my car off, June 28. Carlos followed up to make sure the drop off went ok. After dropping my car off, Josh said he would call July 3 or 4, to let me know the status. No one called me, so I called July 5 and spoke to Brian, to find out the status on the repair. Josh then told me my car should be ready by the end of the week, no particular date. I got a call on July 7, in the afternoon that my car was ready. I picked up my car on July 8, Saturday and Josh handled this. My car looked great and the checkout process was easy. Darius could also create a more welcoming environment, since he's the first face a customer sees and interacts with.
Thank you for having my car look great, just like before the accident.

The overall experience was good, but there were a couple of things that weren't satisfactory. I had to call to get status after I hadn't heard back when I thought I would. My car sat there for 5 days and the work was done on the day I was picking up the car. I think this wasted the rental car company money. When I had to call again to get pick up time, I was told that they needed another three hours as the paint wasn't just right. OK, whatever.
I will say, everyone was super nice, but I think they were more focused on being friendly versus really just wanting to do the best job for all parties. I truly dislike surveys, but if I am coerced into filling them out, I am going to be truthful. And it doesn't help that we are pleaded with to fill this **** thing out. Very off-putting. But you are not alone.
