My whole experience was phenomenal. Cheri Wardschenk, our estimator, was responsive and very thorough. When Cheri says "please feel free to contact me" she really means it. Our car was delivered one day ahead of schedule and looked perfect. Kudos to the AutoNation team for excellent service all around, with special recognition to the receptionists for being so attentive to the customers!

One of the main parts replaced (grill, Mercedes OEM part) was not in perfect condition and not noticed by repair shop until pointed out during the pick up / checkout inspection. Will require a return visit to shop after part is ordered and received and additional time without vehicle.

Perfect work.The repaired area looks as good as new. Gregg and Adrian were both very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I especially appreciated their tour of the shop work area. Only downside was that that it took what I believe was too long - 17 days for a cosmetic repair.
