Although everything was perfect... I found a Puma sandal in my back seat, which didn't belong to anyone in my family. Which made me think someone from Chainey was taking their family out during the weekend in my car. My drivers seat was reprogrammed to position of what would appear to someone sleeping in my car as well.

With out asking or notifying us they did more repairs than originally talked about and hit us with a 4800 dollar bill and Alfonso was completely unprofessional about the whole situation did not want to honor the original price even after we showed prove of the quote .
