Mike was my contact at Chaneys. He contacted me frequently to keep me updated. My car was in the shop for two months. I felt the delay was due to the insurance estimates and due to shortages related to COVID. I am very happy with the service and the repairs my car looks like it was never damaged.

The shiftier broke a small part that cost $20.00 and took one hour to replace. Your estimator called saying he needed to replace the hole shiftier. All at the low price of $600.00. I was told the Arizona heat is what caused the break. But the shiftier was a used one from the junk yard. So how long had that part been in the heat? The other repairs on the car looked good.
