It took so long to get my car fixed. It was not ready even on the pick-up day. I had to wait there for more than 30 minutes. I was told they cleaning it but I didn’t believe it. The car didn’t look like it’s just been cleaned. It’s actually dusty.

I believe the wiring was not correctly connected for my lights. I cannot turn them off, and now my hazaards don’t work. I had to pull the fuse so my battery didn’t drain.

I was not told I needed to bring my reimbursement check from the insurance company which would have made for an additional trip. The woman at the front desk was able to take care of this. And when going looking at my car with a rep from service king, there was clearly still two scrapes on my bumper that were not repaired. The gentleman tried to wipe it off and it clearly was an oversight on the repair. Now. So going to service king today was a complete waste of my time. I don’t know how they could have missed the obvious scratches on my bumper. I’m really frustrated. I also never got a call to update me on how long my car would be at the shop. I had to call several times the first two days and finally got a call on the third day for an actual update. This store is awful compared to experiences elsewhere

The inside of my truck wreaks of paint and there is dust or paint residue throughout the inside of the truck. I don't understand how you can return a vehicle to it's owner in that condition.
