We were supposed to get our car back on Thursday. All the updates and messages confirmed that. When we called to ensure the car was indeed ready, it was not. We never got a text to let us know of the delay. For some reason the text messages kept promising they would let us know of any delays, but the text mesSages never let us know of the delays. We were surprised by each inconvenient delay. This is unusual for my experience at service king. We had 2 surprise delays we were not informed of.
