I had an engine with water damage and was going through insurance. I got a list of Statefarm’s preferred shops to speed things up. I called bi-county and asked the woman if they did motor swaps she said with a condescending tone, “um… yeah we’re a mechanic shop.” I asked because I wasn’t sure if they were just a body shop. So I proceed to have my truck brought in. Statefarm had given me an allowance for a rental car which should’ve lasted about the length of time for the repairs. But instead two weeks later I was told “you have to find another place we don’t do that.” Seriously? Now I have no rental car and have to wait for a real shop to do my repairs. I just let it go, but I haven’t stopped getting texts saying to fill out a **** review. Atleast 10 times. So now you’ll get you’re review. And I’ll do it on Yelp and google too since you wanted it so badly.
