I left fruit in my car (trunk) when I had the accident I called and spoke to the receptionist to see if the mechanic or whomever can take it out, she convinced me she'll let the mechanic know, after another follow up call I was assured it was taken out. After a week later my car was returned and it stunk! I can't get the rotten smell out, so after I notify your receptionist she has nothing to say. It's good to know that you can rely on your employees word that it will be take care of,so no I would not recommend you.

Repairs were good, but not fully detailing the car and leaving tape marks was not acceptable. You should have detailed the whole car, not just the part that was fixed.
