My experience with bi county was amazing. The excellent communication with the team when letting me know the status of my car’s repair work was amazing. Angel especially showed great customer service as when I called and asked if they can possibly get the repair done by saturday 05/23 since my rental costs for my car was gonna be a bit too much, they were able to successfully complete it within that time and surprised me. Another team member was Ella im pretty sure was also very helpful in her customer service. The full experience was great overall and I would 100% recommend.
