Overall the experience was good. My tailgate was replaced and the color match and paint job was flawless. I do feel like communication could be improved. First, I had to call several times to get updates. Even after the tailgate was complete and ready for pickup I had to call the shop to get a status when I was told it was ready. Also, During my quote it was discussed to not put the badges back on so that’s what I expected. When I picked it up the previous dealer badge was on the tailgate. After further inspection at home I noticed that the step ladder is crooked. It still locks in place but one side is higher than the other. On the upside, the tailgate was lava lined to my surprise (it was not discussed and I fully expected to have to take it somewhere to get that done) but the job was a little sloppy with overspray.

The team was very professional every step of the way. They started on time and finished a few days ahead of schedule. My truck looks perfect. They even set up my rental car for me and coordinated to have someone ready to take me to pick up the car as soon as it arrived.

Tracey and her amazing team at Global Auto Repair really came through for us. They exceeded our expectations. I chose them based on the great reviews and was not disappointed. She delivered on her estimated turnaround time which was quick and gave us a realistic quote for the repair. Our BMW got hit when a young lady rear-ended us. Her insurance was giving us the run around. One of their auto repair shops told us it would take 3+ months to get fixed because of the parts. So we decided to file the claim with our own insurance and when my husband went to Global, Tracey told him that was nonsense as the parts get shipped directly from BMW.
