Stopped getting updates after the day the repair was initially supposed to be done. During the following week, I reached out to Global 2-3 more times, until everything was actually finished and ready to be picked up. Not a major inconvenience for us; but, a slight disappointment in not receiving continued updates until my car was back in our possession.
On the positive side, the repair was absolutely perfect; so, on the whole, the experience was quite satisfactory.

You guys completely messed up the payment for this repair. State Farm, the other driver's insurance, called you to let you know they would directly pay you the entire sum of the repair, and yet, you still went ahead and billed my insurance, who then paid. And now everything is messed up. Completely dissatisfied with how this was handled.

Was told that the repair would be finished on Friday. Wasn’t able to pick it up until Tuesday. After I picked up the car, I discovered that the right turn signal didn’t work. Global should have discovered this during the post repair inspection. Had to drive 36 round trip miles from Hawaii Kai so Global could fix the oversight. No apologies given.
