Certainly not your fault for the time. Just a couple of small things; failure to return a call, asked to have air (50 psi) put in the tires, and not quite sure of one part of the repair work. Enjoyed working with the staff.

Nice that you got it done as promised, as I was facing an upcoming trip cross country to Arizona.

When I picked up car there were bubbles in the paint and a missing piece from the front end. I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks and have called a few times for confirmation as to when it can go back in to be fixed.I was told 2 days ago it will be next Tuesday yet I am still waiting for confirmation about a rental car.

The repair seems to have been done with a high degree of quality. We're waiting to turn in the leased vehicle to Audi, which will be the ultimate measure. We did experience some issues with the overall project. We were delayed receiving the car for a week past the original return date. It wasn't an end-all for us, just a little inconvenient. We also had to call for support on our first trip with the car. The coolant was re-filled after running the car up to temp, so it was too low and overheated, leaving my wife stranded for a couple hours.

The paint on the new panels looks great! The bumper is as straight as you could get it, which I greatly appreciate. My annoyances came from the little things... missing valve stem cover, overspray on the windshield that needed to be scraped off with a razor blade, the grease stain on my seat, my window didn't roll up all the way, (which you have since corrected, along with the AC - thank you!). Lastly, through out the entire process, your team was great at calling and providing updates, until the completion was delayed. At that point I had to call for updates. Unfortunately, on a Monday night I was told it was not complete yet, the grill was still enroute. I drove by Tuesday morning about 9am and my truck was sitting complete, with a grill, out front. I called Wednesday and was told it was still waiting on the grill. Later in the day Wednesday, I was then told the grill came in late on Tuesday and it took all day Wednesday to get it put back together. I didn't really appreciate that considering the truck was seeming together long before then and in the same spot/condition Thursday morning when I picked it up. I will add, that after receiving my survey via mail, your response was very prompt and your team was happy to take care of what they could.
