Everything was perfect.
But when a customer is told on Monday that there vehicle will be done by Friday. I think at least by noon on Friday Or on Thursday, it would the proper for Moody’s To make a call to the Costomer and advise them as to how the repairs are progressing. I wasn’t in a hurry to get my Vehicle, just thought Someone would let me know rather than me calling at noon on Friday to find out what was happening with my Vehicle. But, that said, I still wouldn’t take my car to anyone but Moody’s :-)

It took a very long time to get very minor work done.
Poor communication, no parts were ordered until I called back.
Then was scheduled out a good couple weeks.
Then the time I agreed to was not scheduled.
Offered Monday, I would never make any appointments on Mondays due to work. I asked if Wednesday or Thursday would work instead. Agreed to Wednesday. Only to find (thankfully I called to check on a gut feeling) it wasn't..........
