Moody’s Gorham always comes through with exceptional attention and follow through. I was very satisfied with the repairs made to my car and the customer service. My only thing I might suggest is that you wash the car when done. My car was very dirty with white salt and dirt. I couldn’t even see the repairs done until I took it to have it washed. I would give you 100% satisfied, but can only give you 98% due to the dirty car.

First of all, Soozy is the perfect receptionist! She is very welcoming and makes you feel like she is happy to see you, that you are important, and she will do whatever it takes to “get the job done “! The gentleman (sorry I don’t remember his name) who came to take care of the job was also very friendly, efficient, and made me feel important. I was totally comfortable while waiting (which was not long at all)).
Also, the gentleman who did the estimate was also very polite and made me feel like no repair was too small!
