Panel lines are not even with each other up to OE presentation and there are some paint defects ie tiny grains of sand or something present on rear door. I'm not sure what can be done because I can't afford the expense of another rental.

Unfortunately, we have had to bring our vehicles in several times (not our fault any of those times I have to add haha) over the past couple years, but honestly- we wouldn’t bring them anywhere else.
Shout out to Lori and Kyle for ALWAYS being great from start to finish. Kind, professional, attention to detail, keeping us updated throughout the whole process- every.single.time.
And not forgetting the rest of the team- if we needed anything, and Lori or Kyle were not available, we were always helped by another team member without hesitation. I’ve worked in customer service pretty much my whole life and you can tell immediately when you go in, that Moodys is a well run, dare I say happy, work place environment.
