Vehicle looks better now than before the collision. The staff was very pleasant. I was kept up to date on the progress without having to call them myself. My vehicle was ready before the estimated time that was given to me. The fact that the work is warranty. Thank god we called a day before we were going to your place because we called and the lady that picked up the phone was not nice at all. Tried to explain we had appt and was checking to make sure the rental car would be there she stated that Moody's never sets up a rental for a estimate. I tried to explain that I talked to Ryan and he set it up. Finally she got Ryan on the phone and everything was fine but the first connect with your business is very rough she has no people skills at all. But in the end everything worked out good
