I'm satisfied with the repair itself, but the "experience" was made much more stressful because the staff at Moodys disregarded current CDC advice regarding pandemic protocols. Indoor masking should be practiced at all businesses dealing with the public. I was uncomfortable waiting inside your business. I understand that this is a political issue for many people, but it's a health issue for me. The repair on my car is top notch! I have no issues with that, but I would suggest that you strive to make your clients feel that you are concerned with their health and Safety as well. I know it can be done! I recently had work done at Eastern Tire in Rockland where every employee was masked and social distancing observed. It CAN be done.

We were not provided with updates as the work progressed. Even though it was a pretty straightforward repair job and our insurance policy covered our rental car, we had to call to get a status on the day the car was projected to be ready. As it turns out, there was a delay in getting some parts so the car was not ready.
