Paula was exceptional in keeping me informed on repair status and staging point of my vehicle. Upon pickup of my vehicle, Paula explained type of hidden damage found during their inspection that were replaced and/or repaired during scheduled body work. She ensured that I was made aware of other issues involving my vehicle.
The paint and body work were perfectly accomplished causing the vehicle to look new (brand new according to my wife).
