I was happy to learn that USAA wanted Cushman's to make the repairs to my truck. My 2 years being Augusta, cushmans had a great reputation. They were able to locate matching trucks to pull parts from since my older truck company stop manufacturing doors. When I went to pick up my truck it looked like it had never been in an accident at all. Right now I'm thinking about having cushman repaint my whole truck to make it look brand new again! Also that text updates were a great feature as well.

I'm satisfied with the repair work but I was very upset that when I got my car back the two front seats were dirty with something black. I'm informed the receptionist whom informed the guy that brought me my car. He took the car to the back and when he brought it back up most spts ere cleaned but some were still there. He said they couldn't come out and insinuated that they were there when the car was brought in. I bought the car in July. Always keep my car clean because I ALWAYS trade my car after1.5 years. I even put a towel on the seat when I travel to and from work. They are very light colored seats and I was not at all happy that they were dirty and not cleaned before I got my car back.
