The initial vehicle inspection with the claims agent was smooth, then the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, kept me informed took care of the rental car for pick up and drop off. The work was satisfied but they left a scratch near repair area about finger nail length. And the person with dirty shoes and hands could wipe the dirty off. It was whire stuff. Other than that I was satisfied with timely manner .Thanks
