Totally incompetant rude staff unwilling to take responsibility, collision dept. workers caused more damage to auto, left work infinished. Very dissatisfied with timeline on job and the total experience and woulrd NEVER recomend Mathews for eitber sales or repairs and intend to report them to BBB and Mitsubishi Corp.
