Stan was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable. They got the car in for repair very quickly. I was shocked that they even too the time to clean aand vacuum the inside of the car...what a nice surprise.

On a previous repair they had to remove a trim piece on the front passenger door. They reattached it with "double sided tape" and it looks horrible. They said they would order a new one and replace it during this repair. And they did not. I will have to make another trip down to get it fixed.

Stan....was very disrespectful and aweful to work with, my car was not fixed properly the first time they called and said it was fixed...we left it and it was yet again not fixed. We bought our car from Matthews and I always tell people to go thru them! It was an aweful experience I'm highy disappointed, and will be taking my car to feduke to get this fixed properly. Unfortunately I will no longer be able to recommend Matthews. I hope a manager can speak with Stan or keep him in the back where he does not interact with customers! Very aweful attitude for your business!

I loved absolutely everything about my experience with Matthews, from the text updates, to the service, and how my repairs turned out. The only qualm I have is that my car interior has a very sour odor in it now that I'm assuming is from the paint that was applied to the exterior? But it almost smells like a mix between gasoline and vomit. Not so pleasant. Also, there were **** sticky spots left on my center console. Other than that, service was great!

My vehicle is not fixed. I'm not happy especially because I had it inspected and it was not recommended for inspection due to issues caused by the accident. I relied on Matthews to know what they were doing. The drive shaft is compromised, rims and tires compromised, exhaust manifold leaking, and I am seriously upset that I know more about the vehicle than they do. Also, the driver's side running board is crooked. Really??? They had the vehicle a month and a half. Somebody needs to get a clue!!!
