People were friendly. Job & actions were done timely enough. One complaint: I had to wait a week for the insurance company to approve work. I had to wait weeks for the work to be completed. No problem. However, when work was completed J&L called insurance and essentially terminated the car rental. It was inconvient for me to get my car instantly. I waited why not J&L?

The only reason I was less than completely satisfied is that the radio code was not reset after the radio had been disconnected. I didn't have the code so I had to go back and get it reset. However, the code was reset for me and I am now all set.

The customer service lady at the front desk was very good. There was a gentleman by the fish tank who took time out of his day to explain to my eight year old about the fish in the tank up front. The door panels do not match. I will be coming in to discuss this in the near future. One side is leather while the other side is cloth. Also it took over a month to get the repairs and parts ordered.
