Gwen from the body shop was especially helpful. I have to have my car buffed next week, due to issues during painting my car, but she coordinated the pickup of my car at my workplace, to make it more convenient for me, and is leaving me a loaner for me to use for the day knowing I don't have rental insurance. She was extremely helpful and sympathetic. I really appreciated it.
