From the front desk and beyond, everyone I came in contact with was courteous, professional and accommodating. A bad experience was made much better by the Farrish Autobody team!
If there is one thing that could be "tweaked",... it would be the unnecessary and confusing text messages that were automatically generated from the service and parts departments. I received several messages with a link to "pay my bill on line".
