Communication issues, as in I never once received an update via phone, except to learn my vehicle would not be ready when promised. That call came 5 minutes before my vehicle was due to be ready.
There was painters tape still on the roof of vehicle when I picked it up, I had to remove it.
Vehicle should have been fully washed considering the delays, but it was not.
Door panel insert was sitting in center console when I drove away.
Bumper alignment with grill and left fender is not symmetrical with other side.
Anthony/Tony had VERY casual attitude regarding timing and reviewing the repairs with me. Not professional at all.
