Diligent service and good communication throughout the process of reparation. When returned there was a missing piece to the interior door handle, rubber piece that was not put back. Could have been from the cleaning of the interior. Need to ensure that car comes back intact. Have to wait for the part to be ordered and will have to drive all the way back, 25 miles, to pick up. At a minimum should expect a call to ensure it gets replaced asap. Car has less than 10k miles

I was impressed - everyone I encountered was professional and polite - always smiling...when I had the estimate they were ready to start the repair that day (!). I needed the car tho so waited...I like the detailing feature and the offer to fix other minor dents at the same time of the major repair. The car was done a day ahead of their estimate - and more importantly - the job they did was beautiful - perfect in every way...also - they give a written warranty on the work done - very nice feature...BTW - I chose this location because of the Farrish name - I had a positive experience with the purchase of the car about 2 years ago and had high confidence this repair would turn out well. I discussed this with USAA and they also have them as an approved repair facility. Yay!

After being in body shop, my Jeep was supposed to go over to Service for another issue. It was written on my ticket but never happened so I had to keep my rental car over the weekend instead of picking up my Jeep on the Friday when I was told it was ready.
