I really appreciated Jenny, who went out of her way to do an excellent job. She buffed out a large scratch that wasn't apart of the damage we were there to have repaired. I was waiting to hear if the other USAA insured policyholder was going to come forward to pay. Since she took care of the scratch, it simplified the process for us and we couldn't be happier with the results!
