The customer service at this location is amazing. I respect the receptionist/customer service agent/scheduler/boss lady, Tamara, so much! She is amazing and knows what she is doing. She also knows how to manage all the men in the office too! Lol The other guy that helped us, I can't remember his name, was very helpful too. He helped us so much and is a huge part of the success of the business. He is highly knowledgeable in his field. Our car looked brand new again. I was ecstatic to see that it was free of its blemishes! The little things matter too, seeing that the INSIDE of my car had been detailed was a special treat for us. Dealing with a wreck, toddler, and work can be hectic so to see that there is true customer service and attention to detail still out there is a five star rating. Thank you so much for taking care of us!
