I was completely satisfied with the repair- this is my second one w/Flair and have even sent my mom here to get her car fixed. One thing - the first thing I had to do today was air up the front two tires of the car being repaired. They were visibly low & when checked they were in fact 5 lbs & 8 lbs under pressure . It would have been nice if the car was 100% driveable- I do understand it was a little cold & this was first thing Monday, but i’m Just an average consumer & can saw the problem - I would hope my experts would have caught it. Just a thought for quality control- I’ll still come back.

Car was not ready when promised despite receiving texts saying it would be. Then two days later when they called saying it was ready, we went to pick it up but a warning light was on. Waited an hour and issue still wasn’t resolved. We were told to come back next week. I guess we will see if they can fix it tomorrow when we go back. Doesn’t seem like they know what they are doing so I’m not confident they can fix it.
