Upon review of the estimate, I was told sands would handle the rental process amd all I had to do was bring my car to the shop and they would call enterprise to bring a car. This was not the case. They sent someone to pick me up to take me to enterprise and then did not rent a car based on a discrepancy. I had to walk home in the pouring rain and when I came back that afternoon, the car I reserved was gone and they gave me a **** car. I understand the discrepancy was not their fault, but the way the presented the rental process was incorrect. The actual work they did was good.
