you need to coordinate your communication better. I was told last Friday it might be Friday when my car would be ready, Monday at the latest. I called Monday morning after getting transferred, hung up on, reaching the wrong people and rudely talked to by a receptionist. I was told Monday morning just to show up between 3-5 and the car would be ready for my pick up. I showed up at 3:15 and it wasnt ready. They said come back in an hour and they would call just to make sure. After an hour i had to call and they said it was finally ready. No word on why I had to do the calling after they said they'd call me. Very poor communication about vehicle readiness. The receptionist didn't even know that my rep in your collision center worked there. Again many transfers to others voice mail, hung up on, rude receptionist. It doesn't matter to me that there were transport driver issues; just don't promise be something that couldn't be delivered on. Very poor customer service.
