The car looked nice when it was finally done but the repair took longer than originally promised , in fact it took so long that exceeded the maximum days allowed by our insurance company. This was discussed this with Dan Parks, he told us that he would take care of this with the insurance company, but he did not communicate this to anyone else; when we picked up the car enterprise told us that no one had spoken to them and we were responsible for the extra, but they would talk to the repair shop and could not close out the rental agreement until they did. Poor customer service, not impressed at all.
