Closing left a little to be desired. It seemed like someone didn't communicate with other staff. I was left waiting in the waiting area for quite some time. I finally went to ask regarding the paperwork being filled out and they said "oh, we were waiting for you to come back". I had to rush out before getting complete repair papers to not be late for other appt. (I was told they were with collision papers, they were not). I returned later the same day to retrieve my copy of battery service work done. I also had to put air in a tire that had 20lbs of pressure which was displayed on my dash so I guess it wasn't anybody's concern. I will think twice about having my car serviced there for oil etc...I will need a place to go for car care. Perhaps the Honda dealer.
