The repair was well handled. Koons made an attempt to accelerate the repair, but ended up taking the full estimated time for the repair. They completed the repair and then stored the car until I got back from vacation.

I was referred here through Geico due to someone who was liable for an accident I was in. I was dredding the whole experience. The repairs to the front of my car were great, looked brand new. However while my car was on the lot there was damage done to the rear bumper. Already dreading this whole thing I had to now deal with this. Krum and the collision repair center in falls church was great. Handled the whole situation great. I am in the hospitality industry and really appreciate when people step up to make an unfortunate citation better. Picked my car up today with everything looking great! even put Armor All on the tires! Thank you Krum for not making this experience as bad as it could have been.

Half an hour after picking up my car, the engine started to overheat and I had to be towed (with a toddler inside the car). That happened at 11 am, no one contacted me from the shop to let me know what had happened to my car or when it would be ready. This is not the first time I am disappointed with the am not happy with the service received by Koons but this will be the last.

I have had two experiences with Koons Body shop the last 6 weeks. One complaint I do have is that it seems that you are always missing a part that you ordered or lost at the last minute and this delays finishing the job a couple of days. You have to improve on the follow up on the parts needed for the job.
