When the guy from the shop took me to my car, we both noticed the back bumper (the part that had been repaired) had a good seam on one side, but not the other. Additionally, I have since found 3 random objects left in my car, including some unknown rubber piece that was sitting on the dash and a roll of tape. I also was told by text the estimated pick up time was Wed at 4:00, the time came and went, and I never got any updates until Friday. It would have been better to have received at least some sort of update over those two days post-estimated pick up day. I didn’t know if you were waiting on me or I was waiting on you.

The front desk person was extremely polite and refreshing to speak with. She handled everything so efficiently and kept me informed for all of the repairs. The updates were very helpful. I loved having the Enterprise guy there and ready with our rental. The whole experience was surprisingly easy and the people were so professional. AND you cleaned my car!!! Wow. Coming off of a road trip with my kids, the interior cleaning might have taken more time than the actual repair. I was completely satisfied and would definitely recommend your shop (or use it again if we should have the need). Top notch.
