I brought my vehicle into Koons after being hit by another vehicle, no fault of my own. I was told to bring my car to your shop as you had the soonest availability and were an insurance preferred shop. - My vehicle was not properly assessed from the beginning despite me providing written assessment detailing the damages, this included replacement of my front bumper and headlight assembly which according to your shop "was not necessary." - I had serious doubts based on reviews but I gave Koons the benefit of the doubt, I made a big mistake. - The facility and repairmen were not equipped or experienced to properly repair my car. I had to make more trips than I can count, back and forth and my car was still not fixed properly! When I arrived to pick up my car after it was "fixed" the 1st time my car was marked with pink circles and not even washed! - I had to take my car to be washed only to find that my headlight had water inside of it!! - An aftermarket was ordered headlight & installed, to which I was assured was an OEM grade replacement part, this couldn't be further from the truth, my car displayed a headlight failure. I relayed that this was due to the part, your team fought me tooth and nail and said it was an electronic failure, then I had to wait for your electronic "expert" to assess and relayed that the computer had to be reset by the dealer, wrong!! - I truly regret having trusted Koons with my vehicle. To top it off my headlights are not aligned, my headlight is also damaged, the newly replace bumper cover was taken off and on the car and I have new scratch damages as a result. This was not designed to be constantly removed. I work very hard & my car is my biggest asset and more than that I love my car, I don't think this is a shared perspective but to me my car is something I treasure and I can't tell you how frustrating the process was and would not go back and or recommend you to anyone. The shop lacks attention to detail, customer satisfaction is not a priority. I am very understanding and patient but it is not fair that I had to endure this and is just unacceptable.

Wish they had noticed the two tiny holes on the hood inches away from the work they were doing and plugged them.I would have paid for 5-10 minutes of extra work but my bad for forgetting to point it out

The body damage repair to my vehicle was outstanding and I have high praise for how the vehicle looks cosmetically in the affected area. Unfortunately, while driving the vehicle at highway speed the following morning after leaving Koons an issue arose. A part in the wheel well of the accident collision location became dislodged and dragged making the vehicle unsafe to drive. I will return to Koons tomorrow where the issue will hopefully be corrected in a timely fashion.

After I pcked up my 2015 Ford Escape from the Koons Ford Collision and Body Shop today, I noticed unrepaired damage to the the right front head light (deep scratches / cracks) and a gouged / punctured right front bumper / fascia. I took pictures of these unrepaired damages and can provide them to you. I am disappointed that these damages were unrepaired after nearly two weeks at the Koons repaire ahop and wonder whether my vehicle has other damages that have not been repaired. When can I get these repaired? Thank you John M

My car was in the shop for 45 days which was a very long period of time for the repairs to completed also there was a lack of communication between the body shop and myself. They never called me back and they never could give me a completion date. If I were to ever be in an acident, "God forbid", I would never bring my car there again for repairs!
