Repair was handled professionally. Sammy did a great job and followed up with us. I can't find any evidence of the repair and I'm very picky. robert

In addition to the paint not exactly matching and the chips on the hood that were from the accident not being repaired, I am extremely upset that my items were moved from the backseat into the truck. I spent over an hour cleaning out the truck to find my purple sweater had a hole in it because it was caught on something in the truck. Because things were thrown haphazardly in there, things were out of the appropriate bags. I work in a nonprofit organization that requires me to be in my car the majority of the week so this was an unneeded and unwelcomed surprise. If that wasn't aggravating enough, I also found that all my floormats were moved. Had someone cleaned the inside of the car, I wouldn't have minded but it was very clear to me the car was not detailed, cleaned or vacuumed. I will probably not be returning to Classic Collision as a result despite the great customer service I received in December.

This was actually my first time coming to Classic Collision. I must say. I was very please at the results. And when my car was brought out be looked over. I notice that it was still a scratch on my head light from the collision and the tech immediately took it back to fix the problem. Yay..you guys get a scale of 10 . Thanks a lot guys!!!

I have worked with CC before and it's always a pleasure. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and keeps me up to date on my repair. This time I worked with Sammy and he was fantastic!
CC really goes above and beyond to make sure your car looks great. I had **** headlight replaced and they buffed the other one so it looked just as good as the new one. I also had a few dings in my car and they touched up the paint for me!
