Both the check-in and pick up processes were efficient and by the schedule. The staff was helpful and professional an I was informed at each step of the process.

Picked up my car and there were dirty finger and hand marks all over the inside of the car, especially on the roof fabric lining, not really sure it will be able to come out completely, getting home and finding this and hearing I need to take it all the way back to the shop which is not close is very frustrating. Doesn't make me feel good about spending 6grand with this business. I have to say the representative that helped me with this process was a very nice and helpful guy but I don't understand how he didn't see any of the marks upon the final inspection and before he called me to come pick it up! I am seriously hoping the company will make this right!

This was a GEICO claim and Joseph Davis was very professional in getting the claim processed so your shop could do the repairs.
Erika of your shop took control of this claim and handled it very professionally. She did an
EXCELLENT job, kept us informed as to what was going on and the time it would take to make the repairs. She was very friendly and represented you will.
One other person in your shop that impressed me was a man named KEN. When he brought the truck around front after repairs were made, he came inside to let us know it was ready and that it had been given an exterior wash and thanked us for using Classic Collision(real classic).
