I have not picked up my Suzuki. After paying tbe $500 deductible, i noticed the logo on the front was broken. I had asked Antoine about getting me a price for the left front headlight. He told me they would buff it out. I was willing to buy and pay for it to be installed, but he didn't get back to me, so when I arrived today, it didn't even look like any refurbishing was done on it. I also mentioned that since the accident, I noticed the car vibrates and makes a loud rattling noise when I am at a traffic light with my foot on the brake...
I asked Antoine if there was any diminished value and if I would receive a diminished value check. He said no... odd since there was $3300 worth of work done on it with a used right front headlight.
