The entire experience was excellent. I shouldn't feel this good about a car accident but my experience with Skuffy as well as Geico and Enterprise has been first class. The staff was very pleasant and explained everything that I should expect. There was minimal paperwork and I was in and out in a timely manner. The rental auto was there available as well. The enterprise representative was very nice and was a pleasure to work with. I was getting email updates as the work on my vehicle progressed and I received a phone call in a few days advising me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I rate Skuffy, Geico, and Enterprise a 12 out of 10 stars!

Got my car back in exactly a week!!! Was very happy with the customer service. They sent me texts every day to keep me updated. They were all a pleasure to work with. My first accident wasn't as bad with skuffys, they made the process so much better. Will be using them in the future ( hopefully I don't need to though) :) will be referring everyone there if they need their car fixed!!!
