I was disappointed that my car did not seem to have been cleaned before I picked it up. It was dusty inside and out. The interior also has a chemical odor. Even if this was unavoidable, I would have liked to have been warned and given suggestions for how to eliminate it most quickly.

I thought everything went very smoothly and just as I was told. Everyone was really pleasant and friendly. However I noticed that there was still a small scratch that was not fixed during the repair. It was too small to spend another few days to get my car back so I left without saying anything. Nevertheless it bothers me that it is not exactly right.
