Only disappointed with entrrprise rental. He gave me "upgrade". It was a little bright yellow sports car that i hated. He told me it was the only car he had.

While the work appears to be done well, I received my car back with glue and smudge marks all over the outside and the inside smelling like strong chemicals. My car was never detailed before being returned to me and it makes me question the integrity of the work that was performed.

Are you Kidding! After the service you gave me and the way you treated me, you honestly sent me a survey. You told me you would help take money off Enterprise and then you tell me you would only take cash - AT THE LAST MINUTE! You do not deserve my deductible. Who deserves money for lying. Ritchie told me parts didn't come fromBMW. Hello! I can read! There are no parts from BMW - they come from other shops! and if you do have pull with Geico -isnt that a conflict of interest!
