Brian at the Valdosta Toyota collision service is a delight to work with. I live and work in Thomasville but had my repairs done at the collision center in Valdosta due to insurance. Once my car was complete I was concerned I wouldn’t make it to the center in time to pick up my car. I called Brian and he assured me he would be there after hours and would take care of handling the rental. His calm demeanor was reassuring and made picking up my car and returning the rental a breeze.

Body shop wasn’t excellent. Did great work and very professional and friendly. Only complaint was the detail job. Exterior cleaned well but interior and glass interior mediocre. Didn’t appear very well vacuumed and glass streaked. The detail was nice to have but would suggest if going to offer it, it should be just as high quality as everything else Toyota does. Thanks!
