I truly was amazed at how friendly and courteous the whole staff was. Jimmy was excellent Geico rep who made me feel at ease about my car and was super friendly and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed properly and as fast as possible. Shawn was amazing as well. He made sure my car was well taken care of while in repairs and was very kind. He also went above and beyond so assure my car was in good hands. My car looked amazing as if it was never in an accident so thanks to everyone at valdosta Toyota for helping me and fixing my car you all are amazing!!!

Everyone was very helpful and extremely nice. I was informed of the work to be done and they were on time when completing the repairs on my vehicle. When the time came to pick up my vehicle I was delayed by the CEO of my company and arrived after business hours. Shawn was extremely kind when I tried to apologize, making it very clear that customers like me are what keep the business going. With customer service and pay for performance a must in all businesses, employees like Shawn should be a requirement. Valdosta Toyota always does a great job and stands behind their work but employees like Shawn make this company stand out from others.
