Apparently the delay from Wednesday to Friday had to do with service department not completing their part of the repairs and maybe that is why there was no communication as to the status of my vehicle. The comment was made that the service department puts the collision department on the back burner rather than in line with regular repair jobs.

When the vehicle was dropped off for repair we were told t would be ready by Thursday at the latest. We called Wednesday to check on the status and were told the part will come in on Thursday and will be done on Thursday. We called Thursday at around 11 and were told to call back at 3 to check the status and at 3 we were told it wouldn't be ready until Friday at 11. We had made plans around having the car back Thursday so this was a real inconvenience so we explained this and they said it would be done at 8:30 Friday morning but they wouldn't have time to do the cleaning. So we picked up the car Friday without the cleaning. The cleaning didn't need a part and they had the car since Tuesday morning so it doesn't make any sense why the cleaning wasn't taken care of. The damage was to the outside of the car not the inside so they had plenty of time to take care of the inside before we picked it up. Very unsatisfied.

Extremely impressed with the short amount of time it took to repair my car. It was nice getting a call & text messages with updates on the progress. Everyone was very nice even when I called about the backup camera not working. Jimmy came out to fix my camera & he answered any question I had.
