There were scratches on of the side of the car that was not hit during the accident. It would have been helpful if you offered a price that I could have paid out of pocket for the removal of those scratces.

Jesse and his team did an excellent job keeping me up to date through every step of the repair process. There was a bit of confusion regarding insurance and Jesse stepped in and immediately cleared up the issue with AAA.
