I gave a detailed description in an earlier survey. I was unsatisfied with the quality of the work. And my vehicle was damaged further while at the shop. Although the shop repaired the damage, everyone was not very friendly about this situation as a whole. I have another vehicle I would've also like to as have repaired however after this experience I think I will look for a different shop.

The experience overall was great! It started out a little rocky at no fault of J & J but of Enterprise not having a comparable vehicle available at 8am as promised. Mike was great from start to finish, he is very friendly and made sure I was taken care of, even when I called with concerns, he reassured me that it would be taken care of.
