Corey and I discussed the problem throughout the process and it was a little bit of miscommunication from her as well as waiting on parts but when challenged to find the lamp bracket part elsewhere, it was ordered and delivered immediately so should not have had to call to ask to check around for the part. You had my vehicle for over 60 days for less than $1000 work and I had to call checking on it all the time. I really like J&J, have used you in the past and referred friends and family and was also recommended by Charlie Jackson at Geico...so really disappointed this time around. I'm sure I will use you again and hope this was just a fluke with Corey!

Been over 2 weeks now waiting on a sticker for the side of the bed of the truck. Have called 3 times and no one seems to be able to locate the sticker. Was told would receive a call back, but never have. I always have to call to check in and when I do am told other things have landed on the desk and they will look in to it and call me. First I was told my car would be ready that week and it wasn’t. Had to Uber to work. When I called I was told my window in my door had to come out to complete the work and they were waiting on another company to come back and install the window which didn’t make sense. I always had to initiate the call to find out the status of my car. I received a call stating my car was ready but unfortunately, I had to pay an additional estimated 200.00 because they broke the molding on the door of my car. Accidents like this happens was told. Further stated that the insurance company pays for it. I was never told prior that this happen but I believe that was the holdup with my car. The owner did waive the cost which I greatly appreciate. I have had two cars painted at this shop as well as my daughter. Nothing like this has ever happened. Paint job was good. Unfortunately, I see a deterioration in service. Will give serious thought to returning.
